Welcome to the About Us page for FEA and its parent company DCICERO. Our commitment lies in the efficient and seamless development of drivers.
Founded by racer Dominic Cicero, FEA and DCICERO were born from the firsthand experience of a motorsports enthusiast who started his journey at the age of 8. After racing in karts, Cicero ascended through the ranks, competing globally and learning from successes and setbacks alike. Our companies embody his ambition to share this accumulated knowledge, guiding aspiring racers of all ages in competitive motorsports.
We offer flexible, à la carte programs tailored to accommodate varying budgets and goals.
Throughout his career, Cicero witnessed both triumphs and missteps in motorsports. Together with his team of instructors, trainers, marketing professionals, and technical staff, he aims to eliminate guesswork and establish much-needed structure. Even at the pinnacle of motorsports, we often encounter inefficient use of funds, training, and execution plans, and we aim to rectify this.
FEA prioritizes technology, emphasizing effective and efficient learning, preparation, and on-track activation. The essence of motorsports is time, from fitness training to qualifying rounds, and any slip-ups can lead to stress and an inability to focus. We strive to prevent these pitfalls and ensure a healthy, rewarding experience.

Simulators and training
focused on the details our sims are built for many different budgets but all focused-on realism and functionality as a tool for training. Easy updateable and have the ability to pull data from as if you are at the track utilizing Motec, Aim or VBOX.
The tools the professional's use
We provide an array of indispensable tools, ranging from fitness training aids to extra monitors with the brightest screens. Our air gauges track tire temperatures and relay this data to a phone. We've conducted extensive research on your behalf, ensuring you or your coach have the best equipment. Our mission is to equip everyone equally, enabling all to compete at their highest potential, whether coaching or racing on the track.
